Community cooperation strategy
We believe it is essential to work closely with regional groups to ensure the success of our long-term reforestation efforts.

We work with neighborhood communities as follows:
1. Inclusion in the process
Before starting a forestry project, we work with local authorities and community members to determine the ideal places to plant trees and to create a strategy that meets the needs of the area.
2. Information and training
As part of our reforestation initiatives, we provide local communities with education and training on topics such as tree care and maintenance, as well as the financial and environmental benefits of reforestation.
3. Creation of employment opportunities
Many of our reforestation initiatives give local residents the opportunity to take up jobs such as caretakers or tree planters.
4. Economic benefits
Our reforestation initiatives can financially benefit local communities by creating work opportunities as well as through the sale of goods such as fruit and timber.
We seek to improve the environment while promoting social growth
and economy of the regions in which we operate by working closely
with the local populations.
Impact on biodiversity
There is no doubt that reforestation can improve the biodiversity of an area.
01
Habitat
Reforestation can provide habitat for a variety of animals, including birds, mammals, reptiles and amphibians.
Reforestation can help many different species survive and reproduce by creating a variety of habitats.
02
Ecosystem
Improve ecosystem functions: Plants, like trees, are essential to healthy ecosystems because they control water and nutrient cycles,
provide food and shelter for animals, and improve air and soil quality.
Reforestation can support biodiversity by contributing to the recovery and
improvement of ecosystems.
03
Reunite
Reforestation can also help reunite ecosystems that have been fragmented, allowing animals to roam more freely and increasing the possibility
genetic exchange between populations.
This can be particularly important for species with tiny or isolated populations, which are more likely to go extinct.
04
Health
Reforestation can, in general, be a useful strategy for boosting biodiversity in an area and promoting long-term ecosystem health.
Local training program
Local communities can be helped to understand the benefits of reforestation and the role they can play in supporting these efforts by providing various learning opportunities.
Workshop and training sessions
Local communities are encouraged to participate in workshops and training sessions on topics such as the environmental and economic benefits of reforestation, how to care for and maintain trees, and how trees can help mitigate climate change. Experts from the neighborhood or other groups could facilitate these workshops.
Site visits and excursions
Site visits and field trips are additional opportunities for local people to learn about local reforestation efforts.
Guided tours, hands-on activities and discussions with project employees and local residents can be part of these excursions.
Educational sweeteners
To help local people understand the importance of forestry and how it can benefit them, educational materials such as fact sheets, posters and films will be created and distributed. These resources could be available in regional languages and disseminated through neighborhood groups like
community centers and schools.
Community events
To engage local communities and highlight the value of reforestation, community events such as tree planting days, conservation festivals and educational fairs will be held.
These gatherings may include hands-on activities, performances and informative lectures.
Stage One Funding
Riverstone Trade Finance is currently in possession of several agreements of
reforestation, the fund is looking for investors to finance
the carbon study of the project.

There are several possibilities for investors to take part in the project:
01
By subscribing to a non-convertible bond at the rate of 8% per year, repaid
after two years
02
By subscribing to shares in the fund, giving the right to participate in the
profits
03
By the combination of the two mechanisms above.
